We always provide a full care assessment, in person at the home of the person we will be supporting to fully understand their needs and wishes. Following an assessment, we are in a better position to provide you with the actual cost of the care delivery.
How to pay for home care
Paying for your AdigoCare home care service
Self funding customers
As a new customer with AdigoCare, you will receive a four-weekly invoice, payable by direct debit; you will be provided with a direct debit form when you make the decision to take the AdigoCare service.
Local authority funded customers
If you receive full social care funding support from your local authority, this means that your local authority may pay AdigoCare directly for your care provision.
Ways to pay AdigoCare are detailed below, however we do prefer direct debit.
You might receive some funded support from your local authority, and self fund for some of your care to top up your care provision, in this case, the same applies.
